| Qzina Institute, Irvine, California |
The Qzina Institute will house a state-of-the-art Training Center, Demonstration Auditorium, R & D Test Kitchen, a Showcase of Industry Leading Brands, an Outlet Store, and very soon a Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Test-Factory where you can learn how chocolate is made from scratch! Using only the finest select and exotic Cacao Beans sourced by Qzina, you will be invited to make your own chocolate, right from the bean. Learn how to select beans and other ingredients, micronize (sterilize and light heating), break beans, winnow (separation of bean from shell), refine your cacao into cacao mass, mix with other ingredients, and conch your own chocolate. Qzina can even assist you in selecting the best machinery to setup your own small chocolate production plant, in addition to supplying you with some of the World's finest, most exotic, and flavourful cacao beans.
